Pastor Tony Brown
Senior Pastor
Tony Brown serves as Senior Pastor of Casa Grande Church of the Nazarene. His heart is to help people know Jesus deeply, grow in Scripture, and follow Him in everyday life.
He holds a doctorate in leadership, where he studied how churches can better support and retain volunteers. Tony enjoys helping people discover their gifts, serve with joy, and grow through community and discipleship. He also teaches as an adjunct professor and mentors new pastors in the Church of the Nazarene.
Tony and his wife, Laura, are raising four children and love serving the church and community together.

Children's Leader
Laura oversees our ministry to children, creating spaces where kids are welcomed, loved, and taught the truth of God’s Word in age-appropriate ways.
Chris Brisendine
Church Administrator
Chris provides essential administrative support for the church, including communication, scheduling, and organizational systems. Her work behind the scenes helps create a welcoming, well-functioning environment for ministry and mission.
John Gross
Facilities Manager
John provides oversight of church facilities, helping ensure our buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and ready to support worship, ministry, and community outreach. His service reflects faithful stewardship of the resources God has entrusted to our church.
Leroy Baker
Youth Coordinator
Leroy walks alongside students as they grow in their faith, helping them follow Jesus through teaching, relationships, and meaningful community.
